Accomodation

The organizing committee has arranged for two types of accomodation.

The Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel is the location of the conference banquet and is a 20-25 minute bus or bicycle ride to Carleton University. This landmark hotel is directly adjacent to the Parliament Buildings and the Rideau Canal. A 7km bicycle path beginning at the Rideau Canal leads directly to Carleton University. The special conference rate is $139CAD/night. To reserve your room follow this link or call 1-800-441-1414 and ask for CCCG Conference rate (group promotional code GRCCC1). The group rate cut off date is July 20th. Reservations made after this date are not guaranteed to receive the CCCG group rate.

The Carleton University Residence offers more spartan accommodations, including 2 and 4 bedroom suites with shared bathrooms. The rate for a single occupancy room is $60.19CAD/night and a double occupancy room is $84.35CAD/night ($42.18CAD per person).
